The quote process:

1)  Contact us with your ideas for your home or office.

2)  If after our initial discussion you wish to have more detailed

     drawings produced,  a fee which can applied to the final

     project cost will be required. 

     The amount is dependent on the complexity of the design

     and is required prior to beginning any work.  All designs

     remain the property of Michael J Designs unless specifically

     stated in written form.

3)  Changes, additions, and finalization of the design are

     discussed with you, and your approval in writing is secured. 

     This includes materials selection and finish type, as well

     as an estimated completion time frame.
