These chairs were purchased by my client online, and attributed to Kofoed Larsen.  The fit and finish are consistent with the period, however, no makers marks or labeling were present.

 2 Chairs

All joints were separated or loose.  Dowel construction with separate upholstery module.  Seat cusion from very dense layered grades of foam and synthetic batting .

        Separation of the joinery was quite challenging with these chairs.  The 

        back leg to arm connection was particularly stuborn in spite of the fact

        that they were loose.  The dowels were split prior to assembly to allow

        a better glue anchor, which apparently was quite successful.
